Refund, Cancellation & Auto-Renewal Policy

Man UpRight is a subscription service. This policy explains how trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work.

Plans & billing

We offer subscription terms (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, 6-Month, Annual) and occasionally Lifetime access.
Prices, taxes, and promotions may vary by region and are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term until you cancel. We’ll display the renewal price and frequency at checkout and in your receipt.

If a free trial or promo is offered, we’ll show the trial length and first charge date at signup.
You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing support@manupright.com from your account email.
When you cancel, access continues until the end of your current paid term. The subscription will not renew.

First-time purchase: If you’re new to Man UpRight and request within 7 days of the first charge, we’ll issue a full refund on that first term.
Renewals: We do not provide prorated refunds. If you were unintentionally renewed, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge; we may, at our discretion, refund or credit.
Lifetime purchases: Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if you’ve completed fewer than 5 sessions; otherwise non-refundable.
Refunds go back to the original payment method (timing depends on your bank).

For Annual and longer terms, we’ll send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before renewal to your account email.

If a payment fails, we may retry and notify you.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended during the investigation.

We may change prices or plan features; changes apply at your next renewal. We’ll notify you in advance where required.
