Your Guide To ManUpRight
HOW TO GET STARTED
- After purchasing your subscription go to your dashboard.
- Click “Core Questions”
- Answer the required ~100 questions to unlock the program.
- You can answer the remaining questions over the course of the next week to deepen Clarity and Focus. Here you will also create your Action Items Pool: write them small enough to finish in one sitting. You will revise/update this list at the end of each cycle to record your new standard to improve upon.
What You're Building At Base Camp
- Goal: Core Sovereignty — control of your inner self.
- Core Drivers: Determination, Agency, Clarity, Focus.
- Engines: Fractal Planning, Tri-Q Monitoring, Cognitive Conditioning, Ascension Positioning, Think Tank Connect.
Initiate Set Up
- Ascension Positioning Test
- Take it at the start of your first 21-day cycle.
- Take it again at the end of every 21-day cycle to mark progress.
- Schedule your first 21-Day Cycle
- Pick a start date and your daily 6-minute session time (morning recommended).
Your Daily 6-Minute Session
Fractal Planning (Action Items):
Choose one priority for today.
Break it down and select 1–3 Action Items from your Action Items Pool with time & place.
Execute them the same day; if one proves too big, break it smaller and finish the first slice today.
Cognitive Conditioning:
Emerges by running your daily session and completing Action Items across the 21-day cycle.
End of day: note one win and one lesson (brief).
Think Tank Connect (as needed):
When an Action Item benefits from help, set a clean agreement with an ally (scope, owner, deadline, check-in).
21-Day Cycle Review (Reflection Week)
After each 21-day cycle, take a deliberate reflection week:
Reflect: what became easier; where you stalled; what you learned.
Recalibrate: convert recurring wins into routines; resize or remove chronic over-scopes.
Retest: take the Ascension Positioning Test again to confirm movement.
Reset: refresh your Action Items Pool and schedule the next cycle.
Purpose: let changes solidify. Avoid fatigue; keep activity measured and controlled.
Monthly & Quarterly Reviews
Monthly (Tri-Q Monitoring):
Review Clarity, Focus, Achievement trends for the month.
If any score lags, adjust the next cycle’s Action Items Pool to target that capacity.
Quarterly (strategic check-in):
Confirm you’re firmly in your Ascent.
Your Action Items should challenge and elevate you—bias toward Utility, Strategy, Capability, Grit.
Simplify or delegate low-value work; expand Think Tank Connect where leverage is clear.
If Core Drivers are reliable, step into Architect scope for the next quarter (design the next level of your blueprint).
What “good” looks like as an Initiate
You run the 6-minute session daily and complete 1–3 Action Items.
You feel calmer, clearer, more deliberate by the end of your first reflection week.
Your monthly Tri-Q shows stability or a slow rise.
